Meet a quilter and if you show just some passion for the craft, you can probably have many quilting friends within a few days. The same goes for beading, stamping, knitting and many other crafts. People who love certain crafts tend to stick together and it doesn’t surprise me that there are now thousands of craft blogs. Blogs are a great way to reach out to the community and meet other crafters.

If you are selling your crafts, there’s no better way than to be up and running than a blog. In my opinion, blogs offer a much better medium to sell crafts than websites because of the informal nature. In addition, each post is the focus of the completed craft. Quilt bloggers are really enjoying a lot of success from their blogs while other crafters are seeing the benefits.
